Every service below is measured from collection, not from booking. Transit times exclude weekends and public holidays unless the lane shows otherwise.

What every waybill covers
- Waybill issued before collection
- Scan at every handover, visible on the tracking page
- Signature and name of receiver on delivery
- Email confirmation of each delivery attempt
- Standard cover against loss and damage in transit
Not accepted

- Cash and negotiable instruments
- Live animals and perishable foods
- Firearms, ammunition and replica weapons
- Narcotics and unlicensed pharmaceuticals
- Counterfeit goods and unlicensed media
- Lithium cells shipped loose or damaged
